Mindy Figueroa – Founder & President
A true maverick, Arminda "Mindy" Figueroa is a recognized leader in the traditional, multicultural, direct and digital marketing fields, and has built a successful career focused on generating awareness of the essential role of the multicultural market in corporate America. Prior to launching L2L, Mindy was Project Director for Scholastic Media, and oversaw the launch of the children's TV series, Maya & Miguel, the #1 new TV show for kids on PBS. Figueroa previously held senior marketing positions at The Bravo Group (a Young & Rubicam agency), Univision.com, Verizon and Anheuser-Busch. Ms. Figueroa is a frequent presenter at industry seminars and conferences, and is a board member of the Hispanic Federation of New York among others. She has also been recognized by El Diario/La Prensa as one of the 50 Most Influential Latinas.

Maria Sinopoli – Marketing and Communications
With more than 15 years of experience, Maria has a solid track record of developing and implementing successful Marketing Communications strategies to launch globally-recognized products and businesses while working within tight deadlines and budgets. Additionally, she has worked in a diverse set of industries including entertainment (TV and Film), publishing, consumer products and online.

Stav Birnbaum – Web Production
Stav has been producing and creating websites from concept to launch for nearly ten (10) years. She has worked with a wide array of subject categories from education to cosmetic surgery. Stav keeps her finger on the pulse of the ever-changing technologies available in order to build a successful, creative and powerful website. Developing web components on time and within budget, Stav has produced more than 30 websites - some of which have been awarded numerous awards including the "Parent's Choice" AEP, and a Webby.

Maria Teresa Alvarado – Hispanic Multimedia Specialist
Extensive experience in media and communications, having worked for companies such as, Discovery Networks Latin America, HBO & Cinemax, TV Latina, The Playground Theatre, V-Me, and among others in Venezuela, Miami and New York. Print Journalist with significant track record in arts and entertainment and the Latin American / U.S. Hispanic television industries. Spanish-language proofreader and copy editor. Writer, producer and editor of trailers and television spots. Other experience includes photography, videography, and voiceover work. Juror in the News category for the Final Round of Judging of the 2007 International Emmy Awards.

Miss Resto – Sr. Marketing Analyst
With over 20 years in managing international sales programs, Miss Resto brings her talent and expertise to L2L in the role of Sr. Marketing Analyst. In addition to her background in sales, Miss Resto has managed customer accounts for multinational financial institutions, was named Champion for Cross Cultural Communications, received company awards for hitting sales goals, and was selected by JPMorgan Chase to represent the company in a training program in India.

Patricia Urquiaga – Administrative Assistant
Based out of the Ft Lauderdale office, Patricia is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture & Design from Broward College. Prior to joining Latin2Latin, Patricia was a supervisor at a call center where she managed a group of Customer Service Representatives. She also has experience in Collections, Third Party Verification calls and Billing.
